Background:
Recently we migrated your servers to Netherlands due to performance issues.

Current Issue:
We're now facing DMCA compliance problems at Netherlands location that could affect your service security and privacy.

Solution:
For your convenience, security & privacy, we're migrating again to Romania location where we've confirmed proper DMCA & privacy policies with the provider.

Timeline:
• Today: New servers ordered
• July 29 Night: Migration starts  
• July 29-30: Management window
• After completion: IP change notice

Important:
- Your services will run normally
- No downtime expected
- Update new IPs in Cloudflare when notified

Dear Customers,

Please note that from 1st August 2025, regular prices for .IN domain registration, transfer, and renewal will increase by approximately 20% to 25%.

 Currently, new registrations and transfers for .IN domains are temporarily on hold due to KYC-related issues. However, existing domains are unaffected and renewals will continue smoothly.

 From 1st August 2025, renewal charges for .IN domains will also increase.

We recommend renewing your .IN domain before 1st August to avoid this price increase.

As informed on 22/07, we have successfully completed the offshore server upgrade, and all data has been migrated to the new server.

If you're using Cloudflare, you are required to update your domain’s IP address with the new one.
You can find the new IP in either of the following ways:

• Log in to your Client Area → My Services → Manage Product, or

• Log in to your cPanel, where the new IP will be visible.

The new IP address will start with 31.57.

Please ensure this update is completed within 24 to 36 hours, and verify that your website and data are working correctly.

 The old server will be deleted on 24/07. After that, no data recovery will be possible. If your site is still pointing to the old IP, it will stop working.
