At the moment, they have not provided any exact ETA, but the issue is being worked on.

We would like to inform you that our offshore server is currently undergoing maintenance work at the data center’s end. Unfortunately, the data center has not provided a confirmed completion timeline for this process.

Please be assured that the AquaHost technical team is actively coordinating with the data center and monitoring the maintenance progress closely.

As soon as the maintenance work is completed and all services are fully operational again, we will immediately notify you through an official update.

Dear Valued Offshore Hosting Customers,

We are writing to inform you about an important server migration that has been successfully completed for our Netherlands offshore hosting infrastructure.

Migration Details:
We have migrated your hosting accounts from our previous Netherlands server to a new, upgraded server infrastructure. This migration was performed to enhance performance, reliability, and service quality for all our offshore hosting customers.

Important: IP Address Change
Due to this server migration, your server IP address has changed. This is a critical update that requires your immediate attention.

Your New Server IP Address:
45.87.43.154

Where to Find Your New IP:
Your new server IP address is now visible in your AquaHost Client Area. Please log in to your account at client.aquahost.in to access your complete service details.

Action Required - Cloudflare Users:
If you are using Cloudflare for DNS management or proxy services, you must update your IP address in Cloudflare settings immediately:

Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard

Navigate to your domain's DNS settings

Update any A records pointing to the old server IP

Change the IP address to: 45.87.43.154

Save changes and allow time for DNS propagation (typically 5-15 minutes)

For Direct IP Users:
If you have hardcoded the old IP address anywhere (scripts, configurations, firewall rules, etc.), please update them to the new IP: 45.87.43.154

Service Status:
Your websites and services are now active and running on the new server infrastructure. All data, configurations, and settings have been successfully migrated.
