Dear Valued Offshore Customers,
We want to inform you that our offshore server is currently facing an unexpected outage due to a massive incoming attack (100TB+), directly at the data centre node where our servers are hosted. This issue is not originating from AquaHost, but from the data centre’s network level, which has impacted all services running on that node.
Our services were fully stable and operational earlier today in the afternoon for a time, but after receiving the latest update from the data centre, it has been confirmed that the scale of the attack is extremely large, and mitigation may take some time.
 What Is Happening?
The data centre is currently working to absorb and filter the high-capacity attack.
Because of the size (100TB+), the recovery process may take longer than usual.
All servers on that specific node—not only AquaHost—are affected.
 What AquaHost Is Doing
We are in continuous contact with the data centre’s engineering team and monitoring the situation live.
As soon as services start coming back online, we will:
1. Monitor the server for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure stability.
2. Only after confirming stable uptime, we will update all customers officially.
We understand this downtime may affect your workflow, and we sincerely thank you for your cooperation during this unexpected event.
Rest assured — your data and hosting environment remain safe, and we will update you as soon as we receive confirmed technical progress from the data centre.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this outage has caused and assure you that we are treating this with the highest priority.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
