Dear Customers,

We would like to inform all our VPS customers that we have a server infrastructure migration on 6 October 2026.

As part of this migration, the VPS servers will be moved from the current Data Center (DC) to a new Data Center. This migration involves the physical transfer and setup of the server hardware at the new location.

Expected Downtime

During the migration process, your VPS and the services hosted on it may experience downtime.

- Migration Date: 6 October 2026

- Expected downtime: Approximately 4–5 hours

- Maximum possible downtime: Up to 12 hours

- Our technical team will make every effort to complete the migration as quickly as possible and restore all services at the earliest.

The actual downtime may vary depending on the hardware transfer, setup, configuration, and verification process at the new Data Center.

Important – Please Take Your Backup

We strongly recommend that all VPS customers take a complete backup of their important data before the migration begins.

Please ensure that you have backups of:

- Website files

- Databases

- Emails

- Application data

- Configuration files

- Any other important VPS data

If you have any critical services or data, please make sure your backup is complete and accessible before the scheduled migration.

We apologize for any inconvenience this planned maintenance may cause. This migration is being carried out to improve our infrastructure and ensure better reliability and service performance.
