Offshore Hosting Service facing downtime due to attacks

Posted on October 4, 2026 Notification ID #145

Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing intermittent downtime and resource-related issues on our Offshore Hosting servers due to ongoing attacks and abnormal traffic.

Our Technical Team is actively working to mitigate the attacks, stabilize server resources, and restore normal service, including resolving the current phpMyAdmin access issue.

During this maintenance and mitigation process, some customers may experience temporary website downtime or difficulty accessing certain hosting services.

Our team is working on this issue with high priority. We request all affected customers to please remain patient while we complete the necessary fixes.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation.
