Scheduled Server Upgrade and Migration Notice – Singapore S24 & S25

This is to inform you that we are performing an infrastructure upgrade for our Singapore S24 and Singapore S25 servers.

  • Singapore S24: Data is being migrated to a new and upgraded server.

  • Singapore S25: Server upgrade and performance enhancement are in progress.

During the upgrade process, you may experience temporary downtime or intermittent access issues. We are working to complete the migration as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption.

For customers using Cloudflare, please note that your server IP will change after the upgrade. Once we send the next notification with the updated IP details, kindly update your DNS records in Cloudflare to ensure your website continues to work without interruption.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this essential upgrade aimed at improving performance and reliability.
