Offshore Server Status Update

We would like to inform you that our Offshore Server has been experiencing intermittent up/down issues since this morning.

Current Status

  • From our end, all configurations and services are working properly

  • As per the latest update received, the issue is at the data center level

  • Our technical team will be in active coordination with the data center support team

Important Note

Due to New Year holidays, resolution may take longer than usual, as data center teams are operating with limited staff.

What We’re Doing

  • Actively following up with the data center

  • Monitoring the server continuously

  • We will share updates as soon as we receive confirmed information
