Offshore Server Status Update – Services Stable Now

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that the offshore servers are now stable and working normally.

What Happened

Earlier, the offshore servers were experiencing intermittent up/down issues.

Current Status

Issue identified and mitigated by the data centre team
We monitored the server stability 12 hours continously ,found no issues
Servers are now stable
Services are operating normally

Please note that this issue was not from our internal configuration or network, but from the data centre infrastructure itself.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.

If you still face any issues, please raise a support ticket with details.
