Offshore Hosting Downtime – Network Team Working on Resolution

Important Announcement for Offshore Hosting Customers

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that some Offshore Hosting services are currently experiencing connectivity issues due to a network-related problem affecting the upstream infrastructure.

Our technical team is actively working with the data center and network provider to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Current Status:

• Some Offshore Hosting websites may be temporarily inaccessible.

• The issue appears to be related to the network layer.

• Investigation and troubleshooting are currently in progress.

• The matter has been escalated with high priority.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand the importance of your websites and online services, and our team is making every effort to restore full service stability.

We kindly request all affected customers to remain patient while recovery work is underway.
