We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime experienced on our Indian Shared Hosting (Old) server. We understand that the outage duration was longer than expected, and we truly regret the inconvenience this may have caused to your websites and services.

Current Update:
The old Indian server is now back online, and our technical team has successfully started the migration process to a new, upgraded, and high-performance Indian server to ensure better stability and reliability going forward.

During the migration process:

• There may be temporary downtime for some websites while data is being migrated (this is a possibility, not mandatory for all accounts).

• If you are using Cloudflare DNS or any external DNS manager, please update your domain with the new server IP address.

  • You can find the new server IP and hostname inside your Client Area or new cPanel.

• Once the migration is fully completed, we will share a final confirmation announcement.

After migration:
If you notice any issues such as:

• cPanel access problems

• Missing files

• Database or email issues

• Website not loading

Please raise a support ticket immediately, and our team will assist you on priority.
